The Church of Our Lady Help of Christians is a parish church in the diocese of Nice. It is located on Don Bosco square, close to the eponymous high school. Its style is Art Deco and its construction dates from the first quarter of the 20th century.
It is the first church built in France by the Salesians, a pedagogical religious congregation founded in Turin in 1859 by Don Bosco. It is also the largest of the diocese and can accommodate up to a thousand faithful.

Young people are festive organisms because they are full of life, movement and joy.Don Bosco channeled these energies into the feast, typical of his spirituality.
The feast is in perfect harmony with Salesian spirituality. However,
any feast organized by Salesian educators can not be said for this
reason alone in the proper sense, that is to say according to the spirit
of Don Bosco. The religious dimension is indispensable. The Salesian holiday is a Christian holiday. At
its center there is the liturgical celebration, which impresses on it a
sacramental character, evoking the action of God in the life of the
world. The celebration thus organized plays a highly didactic role.By
it is maintained and strengthened the faith, whose celebration
announces the mysteries, while at the same time proclaiming the teaching
of the Gospel.
Father Irénée wishes to help the Don Bosco patronage to ALEP in Syria. Several
actions will be put in place including a children's choir that will
sing at a mini concert on 1 April 2017, which you can attend for a
financial participation. The recipe for this action of solidarity with the children will be sent to help the children of Aleppo. For this concert to be at the top, everyone's generosity and talent are welcome. Several repetitions are necessary.
A modern church with the use of reinforced concrete that lends itself to all forms. Outside,
the sober façade of the building is adorned with claustras and small
stained-glass windows giving a great internal light. Stylized motifs treated in sgraffito adorn cornices and awnings. The gable of the facade is topped with a statue of Carlo Sarrabezzoles. The
interior decoration is striking: it is mainly due to the painter Eugène
Doucet who for ten years realizes in the fresco a life-size path of the
cross on the side walls of the building. On the ceiling, an immense cross with the color blue of cobalt and gold unfolds on a surface of 242 m2.
The large colored glass windows and the twelve stained glass windows are from the master glassmaker Antoine Bessac.
